Snuza HeroMD

Snuza Hero^MD baby monitor is a wearable device which attaches to your baby’s diaper and monitors your baby’s breathing. The Snuza Hero^MD detects the slightest of breaths and will alert you if breathing is weak or less than eight breaths per minute.

Snuza Hero^MD will continuously monitor your baby's breathing and if breathing stops, will gently vibrate after 15 seconds to rouse your baby and alarm after a further 5 seconds if breathing has not resumed. 

If the Snuza Hero^MD detects no breathing for 15 seconds it will vibrate in an effort to rouse your baby to resume breathing. Often the vibration is enough to rouse the infant and Snuza Hero^MD will revert to monitoring mode. However after three vibration/rousing incidents, a Rouse Warning will alert you that breathing has stopped for 15 seconds on three occasions. If an additional 5 seconds of no breathing is detected a sharp audible alarm will sound.

Snuza Hero^MD has clinically proven to detect when a baby stop breathing and is a medical certified device.

The Snuza Hero^MD can pick up external movements and it is therefore not suitable for co-sleeping or bed-sharing. It is advisable not to use the Snuza Hero^MD when the baby is in motion, e.g. in a car seat or a stroller.
