Prices and VAT

As a logged in B2B-customers, prices are shown in Euro, excluding VAT.

Recommended retail prices are shown in Euro, including VAT.

To be able to make purchase without VAT within the European union, you need to have a registered VAT-number that is approved for intra-state transfer of goods without VAT. Use this link to check if your VAT-number is valid for intra-state transfer.

Shop without VAT-number

If you have a small business, that is not yet intra-state VAT-registered, you are still welcome to make B2B-purchase from us. Your own country´s VAT will be added to the order.

Customers outside the EU

We accept orders from B2B-customers outside the European Union.
Note that you as a customer are responsible for all customs fee and extra charges that might apply to your order. If you have questions regarding this, please consult your local customs authorities.

No minimum order value
We do not have any minimum order value – all orders are welcome!
On orders below €120 excl. VAT and shipping cost, a handling fee of €8 will be added to the order.

Shipping charges
Shipping cost will be added on orders depending on weight and volume of the goods as well as destination country.

The shipping cost for the order will be shown in the check-out process, before you confirm the order. 
We ship with Dachser, DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT Express, depending on the destination country and size of the goods.

Order Confirmation

After submitting the order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation to the e-mail address registered on your account.

If you do not receive the confirmation mail, please check you spam folder and otherwise contact us on info@babynord.se.

Payment
All orders to international customers are sent upon receipt of prepayment made. After the automatic order confirmation, you will receive an e-mail with the amount to pay and account details for prepayment of the order. Please reply to that e-mail and let us know when the prepayment is made and we will prepare you order and send promptly.

Backorder
Products on backorder will be sent on your next order after the goods are available in stock again.
If you do not want products on backorder, please inform us by sending an e-mail to info@babynord.se or make a comment in the comment field on the order.

Delivery
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving the prepayment.
We ship with Dachser, DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT Express, depending on the destination country and size of the goods. How long it will take to reach the final destination is unfortunately not possible for us to tell. 

Damaged or missing goods

Visible transport damage or missing boxes must be reported immediately upon receipt to the driver and to BabyNord on info@babynord.se.
For insurance reasons, please take pictures of damaged boxes and products and send the images to us on info@babynord.se. If the damage is not visible on the outer packaging, it must be reported to BabyNord within 3 business days from the delivery received.

Error in delivery
In the event of a defect in delivery, for example that a product is missing or incorrect product has been delivered, this must be reported to BabyNord within 5 days from the delivery received.

Auction sites
BabyNord's products may not be sold on auction sites, such as E-bay, or marketplaces, like Amazon, without a written approval from BabyNord AB.

Privacy Policy
We follow the EU data protection regulation, GDPR. When you register and make an order, you agree that we store and use personal information in our business to be able to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer. 

Personal data

Personal data will not be passed on, sold, exchanged, or shared with other companies, organizations, or private individuals without your agreement. Our only purpose of gathering and saving the data is to enable us to provide you with good service. We protect your data according to GDPR and you have the right to access the information and have it deleted.
