Terms of Delivery

For B2B-customers

Lead time on orders
Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving the prepayment.
If a products is not in stock, you will see a red dot and "not in stock" on the product before adding to your cart. 


We ship with Dachser, DHL, UPS, Fedex or TNT Express, depending on the destination country and size of the goods.
You will be able to see the shipping charges applied in the check-out, before confirming the order. 

Damaged or missing goods

Visible transport damage or missing boxes must be reported immediately upon receipt to the driver and to BabyNord on info@babynord.se.
For insurance reasons, please take pictures of damaged boxes and of the damaged products and send the images to us on info@babynord.se.
If the damage is not visible on the outer packaging, it must be reported to BabyNord within 3 business days from the delivery received.

Mistake in deliver
In the event of a defect in delivery, for example that a product is missing or incorrect product has been delivered, this must be reported to BabyNord within 5 days from the delivery received.
