Carriwell’s reusable gel pad is specially designed for intimate relief after childbirth, but is equally useful for menstrual cramps, labor pains, hemorrhoids, sore muscles, or post-cesarean recovery.

It gently contours to your body and can be used warm or cold – providing instant comfort and support during your recovery.

Comes with a soft cover, made from modal – an ultra-gentle, skin-friendly fabric.

Instructions for use

Cold use

Use cold therapy to reduce swelling, pain, and discomfort after childbirth. Can also be used for hemorrhoids.

Place the gel pad in the freezer for 3–4 hours.
Insert it into the included cover and apply to the desired area.

 
Warm use

For menstrual cramps, labor pains, or muscle tension, heat therapy is perfect. It boosts circulation, promotes relaxation, and encourages healing.

 Warm the pad in a microwave (700W for 16 seconds, 1000W for 13 seconds, or 1250W for 11 seconds) or place it in hot (not boiling) water for 1–2 minutes. If the pad has been frozen, allow it to fully thaw before heating.

Insert the pad into the provided cover before applying to the body.

The gel pad is easy to use, safe, and free from BPA and other harmful chemicals.

Clean the pad with lukewarm water and mild soap. The cover should be hand-washed at a maximum of 40°C and air-dried.

To extend its lifespan, store the pad in the freezer between uses.

Important:

• Always test the temperature before use.
• Never apply directly to skin – always use with the cover.
• Never heat a frozen pad – allow it to thaw completely first.
• For external use only – do not use on wounds or broken skin.
• Discard the product if damaged.
